Do colleagues need to sign up or give an email?
No. They scan the QR, type a name once and post. The name goes up with their photos, and that’s all we ask for.
Can we stop something embarrassing reaching the screen?
Yes. Turn on approvals and every photo waits until someone on the committee lets it through. You can also hide anything already up in one tap, from your phone, mid-dinner.
Can the wall carry our company logo?
Yes. Upload your logo in your portal and it heads every colleague’s page and the QR table cards, if you print them.
Does one plan cover the family day and town halls too?
Yes. The host plan is S$88 a year, and every gallery you make on it is unlocked, however many events you run.
How big an event can it take?
An unlocked gallery holds up to 10,000 photos and short videos, which is a dozen each for a ballroom of 800.
What happens to the photos after the night?
